About Casiny Casino

Who We Are and Why We Started Casiny

We at Casiny believe that online pokies should feel like an extension of the pub and club culture many of our players grew up with — not a generic international casino with a few AUD symbols slapped on. That's why you'll find categories like "Haunted Pokies" sitting alongside Hot Right Now, New Games, Most Popular, Stevo's Picks, and Drops & Wins on our homepage. Our Casiny platform speaks your language, uses your currency, and understands what you're looking for when you log in on a Friday night.

Our team works exclusively with the AUD and NZD markets, and our localisations cover both en-AU and en-NZ players. We don't try to serve dozens of regions at once — instead, we concentrate our resources on making the experience smooth, fast, and genuinely enjoyable for the two markets we serve.

Our Casiny Game Collection

Our gaming library at Casiny Casino is one of the largest you'll find anywhere, with close to 6,000 titles spanning pokies, live dealer tables, table games, video poker, and instant games. We've partnered with industry-leading studios including Pragmatic Play, Playson, Booongo, Octoplay, Wazdan, BGaming, Evolution, NetEnt, Playtech, Play'n GO, Nolimit City, Yggdrasil, Thunderkick, Quickspin, Red Tiger Gaming, PG Soft, Betsoft, and many more — plus our own in-house Casiny Ionix studio.

• Pokies: the heart of our offering, with new releases added constantly
• Live Casino: Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, and Live Baccarat powered by Evolution and Playtech
• Table Games: classic Blackjack and Roulette variants, both RNG and live
• Crash and Instant Games: Plinko, Dice, Hi-Lo, and Mines for quick-fire fun
• Video Poker: a range of traditional poker variants

Whether you're after a long pokies session, a social live dealer game, or a quick round of Mines between breaks, our Casiny game lobby has you covered. We keep our categories updated regularly so you're always seeing fresh titles alongside your favourites.

Our Welcome Package and Ongoing Rewards

When you join us, we reward your first three deposits with a generous welcome package. Here's how it breaks down:

Our free spins are wager-free, and the minimum deposit to qualify is just 20 AUD or 30 NZD. We apply a 40x wagering requirement on bonus funds, with pokies contributing 100% toward clearing it, while live casino and table games contribute less. We've also made sure our terms are clear: Roulette, Video Poker, Plinko, Dice, Hi-Lo, Mines, and all Wazdan and 3 Oaks Gaming titles are excluded from wagering contribution.

Beyond the welcome offer, we at Casiny run a Weekly Free Spins promotion every Friday for players who've deposited 30 AUD/NZD or more in the previous week, plus a Telegram-exclusive bonus of 50 free spins for joining our channel. We also offer a referral program — invite your friends, and you'll earn 30 cash bonus per successful referral, up to five friends. For more details on our current offers, check out our Casiny bonus page.

Our VIP and Loyalty Program

We believe our most loyal players deserve recognition, which is why our Casiny Casino loyalty program awards you one point for every unit wagered, automatically, on any game. Climb through our ten VIP levels — from Starter through to Level 10 — and you'll unlock free spins, cashback at increasingly favourable rates, and substantial cash rewards. Our top tier, Level 10, requires 10,000,000 in lifetime wagering and delivers 750 free spins, 25% cashback, and a 12,500 cash reward.

We display your progress and instant cash rewards directly in your rewards tab, so you always know exactly where you stand and what's waiting to be claimed.

Safe, Simple Banking at Casiny

We keep our banking straightforward. You can deposit using Visa or Mastercard in AUD or NZD, with a minimum deposit of 20 AUD/30 NZD to unlock our welcome bonus. On the withdrawal side, our minimum is 10 EUR (or the currency equivalent) per transaction, and your monthly withdrawal limit depends on your account activity — 5,000 EUR per month if your balance is at least ten times your total deposits, or 10,000 EUR per month otherwise.

We don't charge withdrawal fees if your deposit has been wagered at least once; otherwise, an 8% fee applies with a 4 EUR minimum. We also apply a 50 EUR administration fee for chargebacks or payment reversals, and please note that some payment systems may add their own currency exchange fees.

Verification at Casiny

Before your first withdrawal, we'll ask you to verify your identity. This keeps our platform secure and compliant. You'll need:

• A government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or national ID card)
• Proof of address no older than six months
• Details of your payment method

If additional checks are needed, we may request a second ID, a photo holding your ID, biometric face verification, or a quick verification call. Our review process typically takes up to three business days, after which we'll send a confirmation email and fully activate your account. Once verified, getting started is easy with our quick Casiny login process.

Playing Responsibly With Us

We ask that you only play with us if you're 18 or older and a resident of Australia or New Zealand. We limit accounts to one per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method, and we strictly prohibit the use of VPNs, proxies, or any tool designed to mask or manipulate your real location. We've also banned certain wagering strategies, including martingale, opposite betting, and hedging, to keep our bonus terms fair for everyone.
